The goal of the Soap Project is to employ several men and women with part-time work.
Abouna is familiar with this type of project because Abouna's family made soap using a traditional Palestinian recipe.
Several families work part-time in the Soap Project.
The soap is available in the United States for a donation. The soap is not for sale. No soap has been sold. Further, there are no plans to sell soap.
